Very well organized EBC trek

I completed the Everest Base Camp trek with Adventure Mountain Explore in Sept/Oct. of 2019, and had a great time.  Having just turned 70 a few months prior, I was a bit apprehensive whether I could handle it, but my fears were ill founded.  I knew I would be slow, but the guide and assistant guide were both extremely accommodating, one of whom always stayed back when I lagged behind the others. The company was very well organized, with no particular problems. As expected some of the tea houses we stayed in were very basic, to say the least, but my impression was that there were not many options in that neck of the woods. The scenery was spectacular, and the pace was very reasonable.  The trek, with seven of us, was quite well staffed, with four porters and two guides, with the main guide having a decent command of English. I would highly recommend this company.
