Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you will be picked up from the airport and transferred to your hotel. You will have the rest of the day to explore the city and prepare for the trek.
Day 02: Fly to Lukla, Trek to Phakding (2610m) Early in the morning, you will take a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, the starting point of the trek. From Lukla, you will trek to Phakding, passing through small villages and enjoying views of the surrounding mountains.
Day 03: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m) Today's trek takes you to Namche Bazaar, the largest town in the Khumbu region. You will cross several suspension bridges and climb steep hills, with stunning views of Everest, Lhotse, and other peaks along the way.
Day 04: Acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar To help your body adjust to the altitude, you will spend the day in Namche Bazaar, exploring the town and its markets. You can also hike to the nearby Everest View Hotel for stunning views of the mountains.
Day 05: Trek to Tengboche (3860m) Today's trek takes you to Tengboche, home to the famous Tengboche Monastery. You will pass through beautiful forests and traditional Sherpa villages, with views of Everest and Ama Dablam along the way.

Day 07: Day Trek to Ama Dablam Base Camp (4600m) Today is the highlight of the trek, as you trek to Ama Dablam Base Camp. Day 11: Departure from Kathmandu You will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight, marking the end of the Ama Dablam Base Camp Trek.
