15 days of excitment

.My wife and myself done the EBC trek from the 1st march to the 15 march 2019.I was 59 and she was 55 
We booked the trip with AME TREKS and we dealt with a lady called Binu this is a company i would highly recommend from my first email to the day we arrived they were prompt with the the response emails. We were met at the airport by NAVA the man who would be our guide for the next 15 days we were taken to the hotel and there we met up with another 6 people that would be trekking with us.We had 2 days in Kathmandu to get to know each other and do a sightseeing tour before we flew to Lukla the small airstrip in the mountains from where we start our trek.Once there we met our other guide DIPAK and the Sherpas who would be traveling with us and our head guide NAVA who stayed with us from start to finish.As for the trek its hard walking and it gets a bit tougher as your breathing changes as the elevation changes but its great to feel the achievement when you get to base camp in 8 days.Coming down is a bit easier but it feels great.As for the head Guide NAVI he was a true professional and gentleman his timings were almost always perfect and his pace was set to suit everyone our assistant Guide DIPAK was just as good and very helpful and i would use this company again and highly recommend AME treks and the people we traveled with were great and friendly
