14 day EBC Trek

My husband and I just got back from the 14 day Everest Base Camp trek in November 2018. We are both 55 and had a successful trek thanks to our fantastic guide Niraj. Right away from booking with AME treks, Binu was great with communication and worked around our schedule. 

On the trek Niraj was with us the entire time and kept a close eye on us. He told us what to eat and what not to eat and drink and kept us hydrated. He knew everything about our mountain trek and was happy to share his information with us. He was very attentive, caring, and truly loved his job. We wouldn’t have been successful without him.

Bob got a gastric bug and Niraj took care to clear it out in 1.5 days so we were able to keep going. He made sure we were medically and physically okay each day. We enjoyed playing cards in the evening at the tea houses. Our porter Machiri also played cards with us. Machiri was great and always had a smile on his face!

We highly recommend this trek with Niraj and we will use his guiding skills in our future treks to Nepal and will recommend him to all our trekking friends.
