Everest view Trek is designed for those who do not want to do challenging walk but still want to see Mt. Everest with many other beautiful mountains and peaks. Everest view trek leads you through the Dudhkoshi valley till Namche Bazzar then walk down to Lukla for the final flight to Kathmandu. This trek is the best option for those who has short time period in Nepal and want to do short trek towards everest region of Nepal.
Trekking to Everest view gives you a perfect welcoming to the Sherpa village as you would meet many locals with their warm greetings' NAMASTE' which means welcome to their community. Once you land at Lukla airport the walk begins downhill towards Chaurikharka and easy few up downs to Phakding. Then walk to Namche Bazzar to Everest view point then down to Lukla. This short trip itinerary gives much more to explore Sherpa Culture and their museums, beautiful mountain views and waterfalls as well as. The maximum altitude one can experience on this trek is 3440m/11,283ft at Namche Bazzar where you stay overnight. But the Everest view point at Syangboche is 3,867m/12684ft which offers panoramic view of the world highest mountain and other peaks.
It is no doubt Everest view trekking is the perfect option to have quick test of the world famous trail where People from all over the world comes here to be totally absorbed in this exotic corner of the world, to be placed in awe of the magnificent Mt Everest and its sibling mountain ranges.
Special Notice: Due to unpredictable weather conditions in the Himalayas, there may be unforeseen schedule changes in domestic flights to Lukla and from Lukla. The flights may be delayed for several hours or pushed back by a day or more, depending on the circumstances. Although this is rare, it can happen even during the best trekking seasons. As you know, high altitude weather conditions can be difficult to predict. Therefore, we strongly suggest that you plan for this by allowing for an extra day or two in Nepal after your trek, if possible. This will help ensure that you have some flexibility with regard to your trek. On the other hand, if everything goes according to plan, you will have time to enjoy other activities such as rafting, wildlife viewing, shopping, or just relaxing after your adventure.
Day 01: Arrival day in Kathmandu
Day 02: Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding 4-5 hours walk
Day 03: Trek to Namche Bazzar 5-6 hours walk
Day 04: Walk to Everest View point and down to Monju /7-8 hours walk
Day 05: Trek to Lukla 4-5 hours walk
Day 06: Fly to Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264 ft)/ 35 minutes scenic flight
Day 07: Final departure
Day 01: Arrival day in Kathmandu AME Trek representative would pick you up as per your arrival instructions from the airport and transfer you to the hotel in Thamel. If your flight is during the day our office manager would greet you at the hotel and instruct you further program as per our itinerary. On the same evening, our guide will check your gears to make sure that you are all equipped. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 02: Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding 4-5 hours walk As per flight timing our official trek guide would come to the hotel to pick you up and take you to the domestic airport. Our guide would do all check in formalities, at the same time you can enjoy mountain photos at the airport. Once you get in to the aircraft our guide would let you know which side seats offers best views, accordingly you get upfront and enjoy the views from the aircraft. Once you get in to the Lukla our come to the airport to help you and take you to the restaurant where you have your first breakfast in the mountain. At the meantime our Sherpa would manage bags to carry. It is short and a kind of easy walk to Khakding today which offers many great views of snowcapped mountains and tibetain pray flags as well as tibetain pray rocks. Overnight at the lodge at Phakding.
Day 03: Trek to Namche Bazzar 5-6 hours walk After a hot breakfast at your lodge, the trail leads towards a suspension bridge followed by an easy uphill to Monju, where Sagarmath National Park begins. After brief National Park entrance formalities, you will drop down to a river, cross another suspension bridge, and continue walking to the high Hilary Bridge at the bottom of the hill. After the bridge, the trail leads uphill to the Namche Bazzar. On the way you will have a great view of Mt. Everest, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Kusum Khangru and more within the beautiful valley. You will stay overnight at the Lodge.
Day 04: Walk to Everest View point and down to Monju /7-8 hours walk Morning walk begins after breakfast at the lodge towards Everest view point which is physically demanding walk then easy downhill to Namche Bazzar for lunch. After steep down to Hilary Bridge at the bottom of the hill the easy trail leads to Monju for overnight stay.
Day 05: Trek to Lukla 4-5 hours walk It is easy walk today which has few up downs to get in to Chaurikharka and a bit of hard climb to Lukla where you can walk around the whole evening. Overnight stay at the lodge at Lukla.
Day 06: Fly to Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264 ft)/ 35 minutes scenic flight Flights are usually in the morning due to the weather. Your guide will have completed all airport formalities by the time you have finished breakfast at the lodge. Your luggage will be taken to the airport with the help of our Sherpas and porters. Once your guide get news about your flights arrival at Lukla airport, we will call you over to see how the small aircraft lands on the small airstrip. After a quick photograph, you'll enter the airport and board your straightaway flight to Kathmandu. Once you reach the airport at Kathmandu, a guide will assist you to your hotel by way of a private vehicle ride.
Day 07: Final departure Today is the last day of your trip with us. If you would like to extend your holiday with us, we will gladly help you arrange to do so. Otherwise, we will take you to the airport as per your flight departure time. If your flight is in the late evening, you can do some last- minute shopping or manage your photos from the trip before your departure.
