Once you select an adventure, please go through our booking process, where you will have an option of payment either by Card or cash. You can select either of these options as per your convenience.
A completed trip booking form (there' no need to fill this out again if you have contact us before) along with non-refundable (but transferable) deposit of 20% (per head) for Nepal trip and 50% (per head) for Bhutan and Tibet is required to confirm a spot on your selected adventure. Once you fill out this form, your spot is reserved on your selected trip. To get confirmation of your booking, you need to send us the 20% deposit in advance of the total trip cost. The balance amount is payable once you arrive here, either by cash or credit card as per your convenience.
