Do the Everest Base Camp packages include food and accommodation during the trek?

Yes, all our standard packages ensure food and accommodation (worth $30-35 per day), during the Everest Base Camp Treks.

Breakfast and dinner are served in the accommodation itself, while lunch is served in a teahouse en route. Usually, western food is served for breakfast (where available) and traditional Nepali food made using fresh and local ingredients are served for lunch and dinner. However, on request western foods are also served for lunch and dinner, where available. The food served is plentiful go keep you going.

Lodges/tea houses/guest houses are the accommodation options, during the Everest base camp trek. The accommodations are usually on a twin-share basis, which requires you to share your room with another member of the group. The accommodations are comfortable and offer basic amenities. Single supplements are also available on request, but at extra cost.

 Do the Everest Base Camp Trek packages include hotel in the city?

Yes, all our Everest Base Camp Trek packages include accommodation (twin-share) in a boutique hotel (worth $70 per day) in the city. These hotels provide bed and breakfast, while you are  in the city. However, on request single supplement, lunch and dinner can also be arranged in the same hotel, but at extra cost.

(Note: If you are looking to book our Ultra-Luxury Everest Base Camp Trek package, Hotel Hyatt regency, a five-star hotel in Kathmandu, is booked for you in the city.)

 Do the Everest Base Camp Trek packages include city tour?

Yes, all our Everest Base Camp Trek packages include city one day Kathmandu city tour (worth $90). You will be taken to visit the UNESCO World Heritage Sites, like Pashupatinath, Swayambhunath, Boudhanath and the Kathmandu Durbar Square. The city tour is scheduled either at the beginning of the trek, or after the trek, as per your choices.

(Note: Optional sites for the city tour include, the Patan Durbar Square and the Bhaktapur Durbar Square.)

 Do the Everest Base Camp Trek packages include hot shower during the trek?

We believe that a hot shower is essential to relax your tired muscles, after long hours of walking. Therefore, our packages ensure the provision of a hot shower (worth $60), during all our Everest Base Camp Trek.

Do the Everest Base Camp Trek packages include welcome and farewell dinner with cultural show?

Yes, all our Everest Base Camp Trek packages include welcome and farewell dinner with cultural show (worth $40) in Kathmandu. Both the welcome and the farewell dinner are arranged in one of the finest, typical Nepali restaurants in Kathmandu. The welcome dinner is either arranged on the arrival day or the next days, and the farewell dinner is arranged a day before your departure.  During the dinner, along with the typical Nepali food, you can also enjoy  the cultural show with ethnic dance and music.

Do the Everest Base Camp Trek packages include tea/coffee during the trek?

Yes, all our Everest Base Camp Trek packages include tea/coffee (worth $50), during the trek. Normally tea/coffee will be served three times a day.

Do the Everest Base Camp Trek packages include Airport pick up and drop off including domestic flight?

Yes, all our Everest Base Camp Trek packages include Airport pick up and drop off, including domestic flight (worth $40). One of the company representatives will be assigned to transfer you to and from the airport in a private vehicle.
