Paragliding in Nepal has become very popular adventure trip for those who like to fly over mountains to see beautiful mountains and countryside. Paragliding trip will give you entire scenery of Himalayan range, jungles, farm terrace, villages, rivers and many more wonderful scenery as well as city of Paradise, Pokhara from the sky. This is only the best when the sky is blue and clear mountain views. This is why paragliding is a weather dependent sport so the flying season in Nepal commences at the best weather and visibility time, from September to February, the best months are Oct and Nov & Dec. This adventure trip begins after short drive from Pokhara early morning and takes off from Sarangkot height of (1592m/5,220ft) which offers you the most stunning views of Fewa lake and then  finally lands by the Fewa lake. It does not required any previous experience as qualified pilots provide a short but detail briefing before the gliding so nothing to be worried. But you have to be very brave to fly over hills and mountains. If you would like to fly few hours Tandem flight is an option which can be arranged.
